Tuesday Workouts - With Some New Personal Bests

Started in the morning with crunches:

7 sets of 20 crunches each, for a total of 140 crunches

Cardio in the evening:  Elliptical machine.  Lots of new highs for me for the Elliptical.

Time taken = 3 hours and 17 minutes  (197 minutes)  - a new high

Calories burnt = 2,059  - a new high

Distance covered =  17.82 miles  - a new high
