Thursday Workout

A much lighter workout today. 

Crunches:

Regular - 5 sets of 20 crunches each = 100 crunches

Left-twist - 5 sets of 20 crunches each = 100 crunches

Right-twist - 5 sets of 20 crunches each = 100 crunches

Total = 300 crunches

Cardio:

Elliptical:

Time taken = 10 minutes

Calories burnt = 115

Distance covered = 0.99 miles

Biking:

Time taken = 16 minutes

Calories burnt = 106

Distance covered = 3.97 miles

Weights: Arms

Biceps - 3 exercises of 4 sets each = 12 sets

Triceps - 3 exercises of 4 sets each = 12 sets

total of 24 sets
