Saturday Workout - Some Personal Bests

I set some personal bests this Saturday.  Woohoo!

Cardio: Elliptical

Time = 158 minutes (2 hours and 38 minutes) - personal best

Distance = 15.02 miles - personal best

Calories burnt = 1,745 - personal best

Weights:

Biceps - 4 exercises of 4 sets each, for a total of 16 sets

Triceps - 4 exercises of 4 sets each, for a total of 16 sets.

So a total of 32 sets of arms. 

I was tired, and kept dozing off during the Federer - Nadal Australian Open Finals match.
