A bit of a wimpy workout for a weekend, today.

Cardio:

Elliptical:

Time spent = 60 minutes

Calories burnt = 653

Distance covered = 5.62 miles

Biking:

Time spent = 51 minutes

Calories burnt = 349

Distance covered = 12.39 miles

Total calories burnt between the two = 1,002

Weights:

Biceps - 4 exercises of 4 sets each, total of 16 sets

Triceps - 4 exercises of 4 sets each, total of 16 sets

Total = 32 sets of weights
