Tuesday Workout

I'd been under the weather, so hadn't worked out on Sunday or Monday.  I forced myself to go for a shorter workout on Tuesday, with excellent results - it felt as if the toxins were getting kicked out.  In only one hour, I had a much bigger sweat going than a 2 - 3 hour session.

Cardio:  Elliptical

Time taken = 60 minutes (1 hour)

Calories burnt = 709

Distance covered = 6.05 miles
