Saturday Workout

Short and quick, with a new element. 

Cardio: Elliptical

Time taken = 10 minutes

Distance covered = 1 mile

Calories burnt = 117

Weights:

Back - 3 exercises of 4 sets each, for a total of 12 sets

Calves - 3 exercises of 3 sets each, for a total of 9 sets.

The leg exercises were new.  I wanted to add to the basic cardio for improving leg strength.  My calves have been sore for a full day now, after that workout!
