Tuesday's workout was more about maintaining discipline and not missing a workout - my knee was still hurting after basketball, and I was tired.

Cardio: Biking

10 minutes, 56 calories, 2.16 miles

Weights: Biceps and Triceps:

Each part, 2 exercises of 4 sets each, for a total of 8 sets per part.
Or, a total of 16 sets.

As I said, a pretty light workout

Played basketball today - lots of enthusiasm, but little skill.

Playing on a cement court is hard on my knees. Its going to make cardio difficult the rest of this week.

Saturday And Sunday Workouts

Does golf count? Golf in a cart?  Ah well.  I played 18 holes of golf on each of Saturday and Sunday, and sadly that was my only pathetic attempt at weekend exercise.
