Sunday Workout

Saturday, I played golf in Sunol. Not sure how much exercise that is.

Sunday: Abs.

Regular crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each, for a total of 100 crunches
Left-twist crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each, for a total of 100 crunches
Right-twist crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each, for a total of 100 crunches

Total = 300 crunches
