Saturday Workout

Had to go play golf, so a short workout before:

Cardio: Elliptical

Time Taken = 30 minutes
Calories burnt = 324
Distance covered = 2.79 miles

Weights:

Biceps - 2 exercises of 4 sets each, for a total of 8 sets
Triceps - 1 exercise of 4 sets, for a total of 4 sets
Shoulders - 1 exercise of 4 sets, for a total of 4 sets

Played 18 holds of golf on Saturday, and again on Sunday
