Cardio: Elliptical
Time taken = 1 hour
Distance covered = 5.90 miles
Calories burnt = 690
Weights: Three body parts - two with an average workout, one with a minor workout
Biceps: 2 exercises of 4 sets each for a total of 8 sets
Triceps: 2 exercises of 4 sets each for a total of 8 sets
Shoulders: 1 exercise of 4 sets
So a total of 20 sets
