Super Workout Wednesday

Upped the ante on Wednesday evening on the cardio side:

93 minutes, 1,000 calories, on the elliptical machine.

Biceps after that - 3 exercises, 3 sets each.  But after the cardio, had lower energy so used lighter weights

thanks, i'll make sure i don't overdo it. but i do like the fact that i feel much fitter now. i don't think i can get back to my glory days - 10 km run followed by 2 hours of squash followed by an hour of basketball followed by weights.... that was nuts.
but i feel i can play any sport now!
