Started with Ab Crunches in the morning:
Regular crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each, for a total of 100 crunches
Left-twist crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each, for a total of 100 crunches
Right-twist crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each, for a total of 100 crunches
Total = 300 crunches
Weights:
Shoulders - 4 exercise of 4 sets, for a total of 16 sets
Swimming:
20x2 laps of a 15 – 20 meter pool, for a total of 600 – 800 meters
