Wednesday Workout

Started the morning with some light crunches:

5 sets of 20 crunches each, for a total of 100 crunches

Cardio - Elliptical:

A short, easy workout, since I got out of work really late.

Time taken = 1 hour/  60 minutes

Calories burnt = 694

Distance covered = 5.93 miles
