Tuesday Workout

Started the morning with crunches.  Most of the day will be spent walking around Hong Kong and Kowloon.

Regular crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each = 100 crunches

Left-twist crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each = 100 crunches

Right-twist crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each = 100 crunches

Double-crunches = 5 sets of 10 crunches each = 50 crunches

For a total of 350 crunches
