Ab Crunches:

Regular crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each, for a total of 100 crunches
Left-twist crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each, for a total of 100 crunches
Right-twist crunches: 5 sets of 20 crunches each, for a total of 100 crunches
Total = 300 crunches

Cardio – Elliptical

Time taken = 35 minutes

Distance covered = 2.81 miles

Calories burnt = 311

Weights:

Biceps – 2 exercises X 4 sets each = 8 sets

Triceps – 2 exercises X 4 sets each = 8 sets
